TICKET POLICIES

 

Ticket Fees

It is important to Oak Ridge Playhouse to keep the cost of attending live theatre affordable. Where necessary, certain per-ticket fees are added onto ticket prices. These include a $1.50 per ticket service fee for phone and online sales and a $1.00 fee for mailed ticket orders.

 

Refund / Exchange Policy

The Playhouse holds a STRICT policy of NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES except for Season Ticket Holders.

Season Ticket Holders may exchange tickets by phone beginning on the Monday three weeks prior to Opening Night.

Simply call 865.482.9999 or e-mail tix@orplayhouse.com with your desired alternate date.

Exchanges must be made by the day prior to the performance, no later than 5:30 PM.

 

Admission Policy

Everyone attending a performance, including children and youths, must possess a ticket or authorization by the House Manager for admittance. Patrons with unruly and/or disruptive children may be asked to adjourn to the lobby during the performance. No children under the age of three will be admitted.

 

Late-Comers Policy

The Playhouse reserves the right to hold late-comer patrons in the lobby until it is deemed a time that seating the patrons will be least disruptive. Accordingly, the late patrons will be seated in the rear of the auditorium until intermission when they may claim their assigned seats.
