Friday, Saturday, and Sunday performances: $20 Regular / $17 Seniors and Students.
Thursday performances: $18 Regular / $15 Seniors and Students.

*Senior = age 65+ / Student = up through college (w/ college ID)

Our Reservation Desk is open 12 noon-5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, during performance weeks. Tickets may be purchased by credit card. Simply call 865.482.9999

Live Box Office

Live Box Office is open, during performance weeks, 12 noon until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday in the business office at 27. E Tennessee Avenue.

On weekends the box office is located in the Main Lobby of the Playhouse in Jackson Square. Hours are 12 noon until 5:30 on Saturday.

The box office will also be open in Main Lobby beginning one hour before curtain time. Tickets will be available FOR THAT PERFORMANCE ONLY. Ticket purchases and reservations for other performances must be made during day time business hours, 12 noon until 5:30 pm or online.

Group Ticket Sales

Groups of 11 or more are eligible for discounts. Arrangements for groups can be made by calling our Box Office up to three weeks prior to Opening Night. In order to receive the group rate, seating must be reserved. Group rates do not apply to walk-ups at the time of the event. To qualify for group rates, all discounted patrons must be in same price category (i.e. senior).

Groups of 11-19 will receive $1.00 off each ticket.
Groups of 20+ will receive $2.00 off each ticket.

Groups will be seated in blocks and orders must be paid at the time of reservation. No refunds or exchanges on group sales.

Season Ticket Sales

Purchase a Season Subscription and receive up to 11% off the cost of individual tickets. Season ticket holders are afforded the following:

• Preferred seating of your choice for each Mainstage production. The seats are yours as long as you renew your subscription.

• Discounts on special events at the Playhouse.

• Easy ticket exchange if you are unable to attend your regualr performance.

• Easy purchase of additional tickets, if you have guests.

Junior Playhouse Ticket Information

Tickets for PUBLIC PERFORMANcESof Junior Playhouse productions are available online for two weeks prior to the event. Tickets are available at our box office only ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. All seats are $8. Seating is General Admission.

The box office will be open in Main Lobby beginning one hour before curtain time. Tickets will be available FOR THAT PERFORMANCE ONLY.

Ticket Policies

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

The Playhouse holds a STRICT policy of NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES except for Season Ticket holders.

Season ticket holders may exchanges tickets by phone beginning three weeks before Opening Night, or in person 12 noon until 5:30 PM, Mondays through Fridays during performance weeks. Exchanges be made at least 24 hours in advance of the performance for which you hold tickets. (Sunday tickets must be exchanged by Friday). Also, please be prepared to tell the ticket agent your seat numbers.

LATE-COMERS POLICY

The Playhouse reserves the right to hold Late-comer Patrons in the lobby until such time it is deemed that seating the patrons will be least disruptive. Accordingly, the late patrons will be seated in the rear of the auditorium until intermission when they may claim their assigned seats.

ADMISSION POLICY

The Playhouse requires that everyone attending a performance must have a ticket or authorization for admittance, including children and youths. No children under the age of three will be admitted.
