Q. Will you mail my tickets?
A. No, in order to help hold down ticket costs, all orders are held at the box office in will-call.
Q. I have seats 8 and 10. Why aren't they together?
A. They are together, even number seats are on the right side of the house while odd numbered seats are on the left. Seats 1 and 2 are in the middle.
Q. Can I exchange my tickets to a different night?
A. Ticket exchange is a priviledge we hold exclusively for season ticket holders. Individual tickets can not be exchanged or refunded.
Q. Do you have handicap access?
A. Yes, we have a ramp entrance in the east side of our lobby and wheelchair spaces in the auditorium.
Q. What do I do about lost tickets?
A. Please notify the box office. Our ticketing system allows us to look up your order and replace tickets for season ticket holders, phone orders, and all credit cards orders.

Part one of Neil Simon’s autobiographical trilogy. The poignant and funny memoir captures the life of a struggling pre-war Jewish family living in a crowded, lower middle-class Brooklyn home. Adolescent Eugene Jerome, dreaming of baseball and girls, must somehow cope with the mundane existence of his family life: a formidable mother, overworked father, and his worldly older brother. Add in his widowed Aunt Blanche and her two rapidly aging young daughters, and you have a recipe for hilarity, served up Simon-style.
