What's Your Story?
Seventy-five years is a long time and in that time a lot of people have taken part in Playhouse productions and helped to build its legacy as one of the premiere community theatres in the southeastern United States. Whether it’s been as an actor, a crew member, a designer, a musician, an usher, or as a patron or donor, we are here because of YOU.
As part of the Anniversary Celebration, we are looking for interesting stories to share of people’s involvement with and experiences at the Playhouse. Maybe it’s the story of landing your dream role. Maybe it’s the story of how you met your spouse or best friend. Maybe it’s that time something didn’t quite go right onstage. Maybe it’s something that touched you or your child. Or maybe it was just a show you particularly loved. Whatever your story, we want to hear from you.
Our goal is to share a personal story about Oak Ridge Playhouse every couple of weeks throughout the year on our blog and social media.
If you have a story to tell, please submit it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please try to keep stories to a couple hundred words and please feel free to include a photo that complements your story, if you have one.
Please understand that we will not be able to publish every story submitted and stories may be edited for length.
So, what’s your story?
