TICKET POLICIES

NO REFUNDS.

Listed ticket prices are all-inclusive and include a Processing Fee of $1.50 per ticket.
(i.e. $32 ticket + $1.50 fee = $33.50 listed price).

Tickets can be mailed for an additional Shipping Fee of $1.50 per order.  Due to unreliable shipping times, tickets cannot be mailed within 7 days of event date.

Tickets for events not produced by Oak Ridge Playhouse will also include a Facility Fee of $1.00 per ticket.

All patrons admitted must have a ticket, including children.

No one under the age of three (3) is admitted.

Student discounts are available for anyone 18 or younger and for currently enrolled college students.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production. There will be an Exchange Fee of $5.00 per order. (Fee waived for Season Subscribers). Ticket exchanges can be made by calling the Box Office at (865) 482-4877.  Exchanges MUST be made no later that 24 hours prior to the date for which you hold tickets.
